Canadian rules addressing child pornography are set out in Part V on the Canadian Legal Code, coping with Sexual Offences, General public Morals and Disorderly Conduct: Offences Tending to Corrupt Morals. Section 163.1 of the Code, enacted in 1993, defines child pornography to incorporate "a visual illustration, if it had been produced by electroni
